This page discuss the App info change section for App management
Only partner groups may provide services in countries other than the United States.
If you wish to change/add serviced countries, please consult your Contents Manager first before making any changes. Any requests that have not been agreed upon will be rejected.
The App Information page on the actual device displays the basic app information, description and screenshots of the app.
The order of the four screenshots can be modified in the Seller Office. To do so, select the app title under the “Applications” > “App Management” menu, and click the “Edit App Info” button. You can change the order of screenshots using drag & drop.
The app title shown on the actual TV is different from the app title entered at the beginning of app registration.
Since the title is displayed differently depending on the language supported on the actual TV, you can change it by going to the “Applications” > “App Management” menu, selecting the app, and changing the app title in the “Language” section under “Modify App Info” menu.
In case of Tizen app, even though the app title for default language is changed, if you not change the app title in app source, app title on the TV will not be changed. So, please submit version-up app together after changing app title in app source. Also, app title for default language must be same with app title in app source. Otherwise during version-up, pre-test result will fail.
To do so, select the app title under the “Applications” > “App Management” menu, and click the “Edit App Info” button. Once you edit the information under the Information on TV section, it will be reviewed and changes will be reflected after being confirmed.
