In this case, “Defect Resolution” page will be open when you clicks the model group.

Compatibility Defect Resolution

In order to launch your application on the model year Smart TV, Samsung certifies the launched partner applications from last model year to the next. This process occurs before model year Model Groups are opened publically to you in the Seller Office. During this time, Samsung may report some issues which must be fixed before the application can launch on the new devices. The issues are reported via “Compatibility Defect Resolution” menu.
