Email Notification

Overview

The Samsung Apps TV Seller Office provides email notification service in cases of important notice, membership policy changes, registered application progress, 1:1 Q&A question progress and etc. This page will explain in detail the email notification and what actions might be required on your end.

Note

The email notification is issued to the email address which you registered as Seller Office member information. Samsung does not issue notifications to Samsung Account Email ID.

Notifications

Membership Notification

When any membership status or policy is changed, you’ll get an email notification automatically from Samsung.

You need to check the reason for reject.
3 Some seller has requested to join your group. Group manager With the “Go to Group Management” button within the notification email, open 'Waiting Member List" page and confirm or reject for the request.
4 Your join request has been approved. Requesting group member -
5 Your join request has been rejected. Requesting group member You need to check the reason for reject.
6 Any group member has left your group. Group manager -
7 A group manager role has been transferred to you. New group manager -
8 Bank account information need to be registered again for settlement. New group manager Usually this notification email is sent when group manager role is transferred to other group member. With the “Go to Group Management” button within the notification email, go to “Bank Account Information” menu and click it for registration.
9 Group manager has invited you to join his group. Invited seller Click the link within a notification email, and accept the join request.

Application Management Notification

When any change is happened regarding Application Management, you’ll get an email notification automatically from Samsung.

Both the group manager and group members will receive these notifications.

1 An application has been submitted. -
2 An application registration is failed. Go to “Application Detail” page by clicking the “Go to App Management” button within the email notification, and register the failed application again.
3 An submitted application has been rejected. Go to “Application Detail” page by clicking “Go to App Management” button within the email notification, and review the reject reason. If you solve the issue, submit the application by “Version Up”.
4 Application verification is failed. Go to “Application Detail” page by clicking “Go to App Management” button within the email notification, check the defects reported. If you submit the updated application after resolving the defects, use the “Version Up” menu or “Quick Release” menu.
5 Application has been launched successfully. -
6 Service country change request has been approved.
7 Service country change request has been rejected. Check the reason for reject.
8 The requested model group verification is dropped successfully.
9 Application has been suspended successfully. -
10 Application has been resumed successfully. -
11 Application termination has been requested successfully. -
12 Application termination has been approved and the application is terminated successfully. -
13 Application termination has been rejected. Check the reason for reject.
14 Application has been launched for new Smart TV models groups -
15 The result of compatibility test for year new model groups has been reported. Go to "Compatibility Defect Resolution" page by clicking “Go to Compatibility Defect” button within the email notification, review the defects reported. If you resolve the defects, submit the updated application version to the Seller Office via “Upload Compatibilty App” button.

1:1 Q&A Notification

When a question is registered or any comment or edit is added, you’ll get an email notification automatically from Samsung.

Both the group manager and group members will receive these notifications.

1 Your question/request is In Progress. -
2 Your question/request was answered. Go to *“1:1 Q&A” list page by clicking the “Go to 1:1 Q&A” button within the email notification, check the answer. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can open the question again by “Re-open” button on that page.
3 Your question/request was Re-Opened. -
4 Your question/request requires a firmware update. -
5 The Expected Response date is set for your question/request. -
6 You’ve got any notice from Samsung. Go to “1:1 Q&A” list page by clicking the “Go to 1:1 Q&A” button within the email notification, check the notice. You are expected to leave a comment.
7 Your question/request has been commented. -
