On trying to run project Camera from samples on real device get this error:

Error message:
Command: /usr/bin/pkgcmd -i -q -t wgt -p "/opt/usr/apps/tmp/SampleCamera.wgt"
Management: Refer to Help contents > Getting Started with Tizen > Overview > Privilege.

On FAQ find it:

Q: Launching an application failed due to an invalid certificate message. What do I do?
A: If more than 1000 files exist in the current project on Linux, the signature file generation fails because of the file descriptor limit. Modify the /etc/security/limits.conf file as follows with root authority and log on again.

<User name> soft nofile 8192
<User name> hard nofile 100000

Where should I write this commands? Or how to fix this error.

You might get better response if you post your query related to Tizen platform in Tizen forum.
This PRIVILEGE_LEVEL_VIOLATION issue has already been discussed in below link:

From my experience, this error shows if you try to install your widget to an actual gear, having any permission declared in your config.xml. The gear does not allow installation of widgets built without certificate, just like an android application.

To set your certificates, from your tizen ide, go to:
Window > Preferences > Tizen SDK > Security Profiles

Both author and distributor certificate is needed.

Yes, cleaning your project would be helpful especially when you have new javascript or css file, or any major files added  in your project.
