Compatibility Defect Resolution
In order to launch your application on the model year Smart TV, Samsung certifies the launched partner applications from last model year to the next. This process occurs before model year Model Groups are opened publically to you in the Seller Office. During this time, Samsung may report some issues which must be fixed before the application can launch on the new devices. The issues are reported via "Compatibility Defect Resolution" menu.
Samsung launches your applications on the new model year Model Groups only if there are no critical defects.
If you have made fixes to your application based on the issues reported, you can submit a new version of your application via the "Compatibility Defect Resolution" > "Upload Compatibility App" menu.
