EnableProxyOverrideRulesForAllUsers

Controls which managed users can set the ProxyOverrideRules policy.

Chrome (Windows) since version 145

Description:

When this policy is set to 0 or left unset, the ProxyOverrideRules policy will only be applied at the user scope for affiliated users.
When this policy is set to 1, the ProxyOverrideRules policy will be applied at the user scope, even that user is unaffiliated.

Supported features:

Applied to browser without restart. Note that some ongoing tasks may not be affected.
Applied at Samsung Browser level, cannot be set by Cloud user policies.
