Disable3DAPIs

Disable support for 3D graphics APIs

Supported on:

  • Chrome (Windows) since version 9

Description:

Setting the policy to True (or setting HardwareAccelerationModeEnabled to False) prevents webpages from accessing the WebGL API.

Setting the policy to False or leaving it unset lets webpages use the WebGL API, but the browser's default settings might still require command line arguments to use these APIs.

true = Disable support for 3D graphics APIs
false = Enable support for 3D graphics APIs

Supported features:

  • Applied to browser without restart. Note that some ongoing tasks may not be affected.
  • Applied at Samsung Browser profile level.
