Verification Tool

The Verification Tool of Samsung Health Accessory SDK enables you to check the whole SDK specifications on your health device. You can check a verification result with the Verification Tool and fix your implementation on the health device.

Prerequisites

Verification Tool

• Download and install the Verification Tool on an Android phone.

• It runs on Android 10 or higher.

BLE Health Device

• Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

• Turn on your BLE health device that meets Samsung Health's accessory specs.

How to Use Verification Tool

1. Run the Verification Tool and select one of the health devices from the list.

2. Allow location permission.

3. Tap the Start scan button.

4. Select your BLE health device.

If it is not displayed, check the phone’s Bluetooth state or your BLE health device.

5. Select OK.

6. After a few seconds, the test will start automatically. Select OK.

7. Follow the test guide.

Measure the blood pressure on your BLE health device to send the data to the paired phone. The sending time or method may vary depending on the health device model.

Select OK after sending the measured data to the phone.

8. This test guide will be displayed after the test is completed.

9. The test result will be displayed.

10. Select the top-right more menu and choose Save to file for the test result.

11. The location of the saved file is shown above. For a detailed description of each file, please refer to Reference below.

12.Restart helps to perform a re-test without scanning and pairing steps.
