Create a support ticket

If you need help from the Samsung Pay support team, create a support ticket:

  1. Open the Developer Support page.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click Get Support.

  3. Select Samsung Wallet as the main category.

  4. Select an appropriate sub-category.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Provide information about your app's type and distribution channel.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Enter a clear title and description for your ticket.

    Include the error code, API name, and service ID, if available.

  9. For faster troubleshooting, upload device dump logs (if available). For instructions, see the dump log collecting steps.

  10. Click Next.

    Your new ticket is now open, and you can track its progress on your Business Account Dashboard's Support tab.
