Prerequisites

Before integrating App-to-App ID&V, make sure to meet the following prerequisites:

  • Make sure the cards you issue are for payment processing networks that support app-to-app identity verification (ID&V).

    In case of cards that do not support app-to-app ID&V, such as American Express (Amex), the Samsung Wallet app does not offer the customer the option of the identity verification (ID&V) check with the issuer app.

  • Register for the App-to-App ID&V service with Samsung Pay.

    To register, contact the Samsung Pay team.

  • Agree with your token service provider the action name for the Android intent that the Samsung Wallet app uses to launch your app.
