The following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) help you with common issues related to Samsung Pay development.

Follow these steps to download and install the Samsung Wallet test app.

To create a service in the Samsung Pay Portal, see Create a new service in the Samsung Pay Portal.

You may not be able to modify portal information due to your Business Account role.

Only users with the manager role can modify portal information. To confirm your role, in the top-right corner of your dashboard, select Profile menu > Business Member, and open the Business Account Member tab.

To extend the debugging period:

  1. Log in to the Samsung Pay Portal.
  2. In the All Services section of your dashboard, click the applicable service's name.
  3. In the Test Environment section:
    1. Check that the test account details are correct.
    2. Click GENERATE NEW DATE.
