Application Registration Q&A

Submitting an application means registering it to be published. For information on how to register your application, see Registering Applications guide. For information on how to publish your application, see the Distributing Applications guide.

After the application is submitted, it proceeds to QA certification. You are notified about the certification result by email. If the application passes certification without defects, it is published. Otherwise, you must resolve the defects and submit a new version.

For more information, see the Application Publication Process guide.

You can support multiple model groups under the same application name. For more information on defining the target model groups, see Distributing Applications guide.

If you want to manage your application for specific model groups under a separate application name, create a "1:1 Q&A" ticket with a detailed request, to be reviewed by the App Management team.

Make sure you are using a TV from the model groups and the service country you defined when you registered the application in the Seller Office.

To add model groups, add a model group while requesting a new release. For more information, see the Requesting New Release guide.

To add service countries, contact your local Content Manager first and then add them from "Service Country/Region". At this point you must enter a reason for the change and the change is deployed after Samsung reviews the reason. For more information, see the Setting Service Country guide.
