Manage Your Galaxy Store Badges

If you have one or more Galaxy Store badge links, you can review the URLs and tag names, download a badge image, or delete an existing badge link.

Review your badge links

A list of badge links that you generated can be viewed in Seller Portal:

1. Log in to Seller Portal.

2. Click on Promotion and then Badges.

   

3. From the Badges page, you can:

   • View your list of badge links and tags. The list is sorted by creation date, with the newest/most recently created badge at the top of the list.

   • Filter the list of badge links by type or search by application title. You may have more than one badge link associated with a single application.

   • Copy the short URL and use it in your marketing materials.

You can also request a list of your badges:

1. Go to the Retrieve a List of Galaxy Store Badge URLs page. You must be logged in to your Samsung account to access this page.

   NoteIf you have more than one Samsung account or if your badges are managed by more than one account, you will receive a list of only those badges that were generated from the account from which you are currently logged in.

2. Verify the account information and click SUBMIT.

   You are emailed a .csv file which contains the badges owned by this Samsung account.

Download a badge image

You can download an image file to use in your marketing materials.

1. Log in to Seller Portal.

2. Click on Promotion and then Badges.

   

3. Click Download.

4. From the Download Badge pop-up, select the language you want displayed on the badge and the image file type (PNG or EPS).

   

5. Click Download.

The following are examples of badge images in different languages.

Delete a badge

You can delete a badge from the Samsung Developer portal.

When you delete a badge link:

• The badge link is deactivated.
• The badge link is removed from your list of badges in Seller Portal.
• The badge link tag is made available for use by anyone.
• Click counts associated with the badge link are deleted.

1. Go to the Delete a Galaxy Store Badge URL page. You must be logged in to your Samsung account to access this page.

   NoteYou can only delete badge links that were generated from the Samsung account from which you are currently logged in. If you have more than one Samsung account or if your badges are managed by more than one account, you may wish to view the badge links owned by this account.

2. In the Galaxy Store badge tags field, enter a comma- or space-separated list of the badge tags to be deleted. In Seller Portal, a badge tag is the 3-9 alphanumeric characters at the end of the short URL and was called the Preferred Tag when the badge was generated. If you requested a list of your badges, your badge tags are listed in the .csv file.

3. Click SUBMIT.

   CautionDeleted badge links and associated click counts cannot be restored.

   You are emailed a confirmation notice with a list of the badges that have been deleted.
