Identifying Fake Responses (Logging)

The fake provider's response data is identical to the real provider's response data (including mostRecentApprovalDate·installID coming back as "null" for VERIFIED/UNKNOWN). As a result, you can switch from the fake provider to the real provider without changing your code.

When you need to tell if a response came from the fake provider, check the logcat log, not the response value. The fake provider records a log entry in the following form for each getAgeSignalResult response:

# logcat TAG: FakeAccountabliltyActProvider
FakeAccountabliltyActProvider [FAKE] getAgeSignalResult response returned. userStatus=SUPERVISED
