Notes and Constraints

  • Success check: result_code == 0 means success; result_code == 1 means failure.
  • Age types: request with putInt, read the response with getString.
  • VERIFIED / UNKNOWN: approvalDate and installID are always the string "null" (same as the real provider).
  • Identifying fake responses: check the logcat log (the [FAKE] marker under the FakeAccountabliltyActProvider TAG), not the response value.
  • userStatus parsing: an invalid string falls back to VERIFIED. Use the exact enum name.
  • Not for production: perform real integration verification separately against the real authority (com.sec.android.app.samsungapps.provider.ASAA).
