If you created a badge before November 26, 2024, and want to continue to use the Galaxy Store badge service, you must generate new badge links in Seller Portal.

Use a Galaxy Store badge in your marketing media and put customers one click away from your Galaxy Store apps. When you create a badge, you generate a link to your app detail page or brand page. Samsung also provides an image for your link.

Galaxy Store badge link targets

Where a Galaxy Store badge link sends a customer depends on the type of user device and the type of badge link. You can generate a badge link that directs your customers to either your product detail page for one of your Android, Galaxy Watch, or Theme apps or your seller brand page with all of your Galaxy Watch or Theme apps.

Samsung mobile device users

For Samsung mobile device users, all badge links send them to either a product detail page or a seller brand page.

Non-Samsung mobile device users

For non-Samsung mobile device users:

Badge links for Android apps send them to a product detail page on the galaxystore.samsung.com site.
Badge links for Galaxy Watch apps, Theme apps, Galaxy Watch seller brand pages, and Theme seller brand pages send them to samsung.com.

Desktop PC users

For desktop PC users:

Badge links for Android and Galaxy Watch apps send them to a product detail page on the galaxystore.samsung.com site (if you have a Samsung mobile device associated with your Samsung account, you can install the app).
Badge links for Theme apps, Galaxy Watch seller brand pages, and Theme seller brand pages send them to samsung.com.
