Sets the local date filter with the local date group of the request.

If localDateFilter is not set, this request is processed for the entire time range. If localDateGroup is not set, the query result has only one com.samsung.android.sdk.health.data.data.AggregatedData for the entire time-filtered range. But, if the operation type is LAST, localDateFilter must be set and both boundaries (start time and end time) must be set. If not, an com.samsung.android.sdk.health.data.error.InvalidRequestException will be thrown when com.samsung.android.sdk.health.data.HealthDataStore.aggregateData (AggregateRequest) is called.
