Sets the local date filter of the request.

If localDateFilter is not set, this request is processed for the entire time range. But, if the operation type is LAST, localDateFilter must be set and both boundaries (start time and end time) must be set. If not, an com.samsung.android.sdk.health.data.error.InvalidRequestException will be thrown when com.samsung.android.sdk.health.data.HealthDataStore.aggregateData (AggregateRequest) is called.
