Sets the local time filter and local time group for the request.

The local time filter is mutually exclusive with the instant time filter set by setInstantTimeFilter. Only the filter that is set most recently is applied. If neither filter is set, this request applies the entire time range.

If localTimeGroup is not set, the query result contains only one com.samsung.android.sdk.health.data.data.AggregatedData for the entire time-filtered range.
