Retrieves an UpdateDataRequest instance to update blood oxygen level data that the application inserted into the Samsung Health.

This builder allows the application to set the following:

Adding data to update with HealthDataPoint for the target HealthDataPoint.uid.
Adding data to update with HealthDataPoint for the target HealthDataPoint.clientDataId.

Only data created by the application can be updated.

Return

An UpdateDataRequest instance with the given UpdateDataRequest.BasicBuilder.
